Safeguarding and Welfare

We follow the Archery GB policies on safeguarding and AGB members can raise any concerns with AGB using the procedures on their website – links here:

Alternatively, we have a Welfare Officer for the club. This officer is independent of the club committee and can be contacted in strict confidence by any club members or relatives.  The current Welfare Officer can be identified from the small poster on the club noticeboard.

You can raise concerns regarding any of the following issues with the Welfare Officer: 
– Bullying
– Harassment
– Discrimination
– Abuse (verbal and physical)
– Sexual misconduct
– Sexual harassment
– Victimisation
– Breach of an applicable policy

You can’t ask the Whiteleaf Welfare Officer for help with the following issues which are not within their remit: 
– Previously concluded complaints
– Performance programme selection issues
– Anti-doping allegations, contact protectyoursport@reportdoping.com
